While when arranging any activity that I offer to the public, or accepting a booking for a 1 to 1 personal session with me I do not anticipate that the booking will be cancelled, these things do sometimes happen. And so it is useful to have an understanding of expectations and commitments in such an eventuality.
I have created and added the resources on this page to provide a structure of understanding of what I expect in the event of a booking that needs to be cancelled.
